Dr. Chae Y. Jeon
Dr. Chae is a nationally licensed acupuncturist (NCCAOM) certified by the Virginia Board of Medicine. With her holistic approach to healing, she provides personalized, effective, and relaxing therapy.
Compassionate and highly skilled, Dr. Chae addresses specific imbalances using traditional acupuncture, cupping, nutrition & lifestyle counseling to guide patients toward their best selves. Each treatment accumulates toward reaching the optimal health goal of reducing inflammation and enhancing metabolism.
With a diverse clinical background, Dr. Chae specializes in pain management, gastrointestinal condition, women?s health (menstrual discomfort, infertility, pregnancy support, postpartum care), emotional well-being (stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD), and metabolism (hormone dysregulation, weight loss, insomnia, edema, headache) etc, all aimed at improving overall quality of life.
Dr. Chae earned her Master?s degree in Oriental Medicine from Virginia University of Integrative Medicine and a Bachelor?s in Public Health with a pre-pharmacy minor from James Madison University. Combining expertise in Western and Eastern medicine, she completed clinical internships with esteemed practitioners like Dr. Tae Choo, now teaching at Wongu University of NV, and Dr. Hon Lee, a former U.S. Marine combatant turned world-class TCM practitioner and qi-gong instructor. In these internships, Dr. Chae worked with patients facing severe chronic pain, infertility, and chemotherapy side effects, amongst other challenges.
When she is not in office, she enjoys exploring nature, yoga, cooking new recipes, serving the local community, and spending time with her friends and family - she lives with her husband and her sweet little daughter in Fairfax, VA.
