Medical Deep Tissue Massage:

Medically focused on your area of complaint. Deep tissue massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots, also known as adhesions. A must for those with muscle spasms.

Headache Relief is just what the doctor ordered! Do you suffer from headaches and/or migraines? Muscle spasms increase the symptoms you suffer when having a headache. This focused massage releases tension and restores comfort to this typically knotted-up area. (Not a full-body massage.)

Prenatal Massage Therapy:

Prenatal massage is adapted to provide complete comfort and safety for both of you. A specially designed support system relieves you of the strain of gravity while your muscles are massaged with a refreshing blend of oils formulated especially for pregnant women. You deserve it Mommy!

For more than 35 years, Jen has been practicing the art & science of health and wellness. Being a healer has been in her blood her entire life. Practicing yoga at a young age set the stage for her to go on to earn a B.A. degree in Dance with an emphasis in dance therapy. Since 1989 she has been a certified yoga instructor. She then completed a Master’s degree in Chinese medicine. Jen's unique approach combines both Western and Eastern energy healing traditions. Combining all of her experience and skills results in modalities that are unique and very effective. Jen is a licensed massage therapist offering medical massage that combines her love of acupressure and stretching, an approach she developed that is called Acustretch.

Ryan Verrilli, LMT

Ryan has a deep tissue approach and has worked with many athletes, computer jockeys, expectant mothers, and those in need of magic hands. His purpose is to serve others and make a positive change in their lives. He specializes in medical massage, sports therapy, injury rehabilitation, postural imbalances and the relief of chronic pain patterns. Ryan has helped our patients get out of pain, avoid surgery, change scoliosis and corrects postural imbalances.

Irma De La Cruz, LMT

Irma specializes in deep tissue medical massage. She has an amazing touch and can help you escape from the rat race and find some mental peace. If headaches, migraines, and neck pain have you down Irma can help soothe your pain. For chronic issues she recommends a regimen of massage treatments to give you long-term solutions to address your pain.
